I do have some website which sell digital products and scripts that I made in past.
Somedays ago one person did brought one of my scripts and then I emailed him asking what is his domain name. He mentioned it and I generated the license for it and sent him the files.
Next day he again emails me that friend the script is not working properly. I said that it is not installed properly if you don't mind give me temporary server access and I will install it for you.
He did gave me access and I installed it for him at no extra cost.
Next day another email that sir I don't plan to use this on this domain and I want to change the domain. I did replied that it will be extra license cost but then I let it slide and gave him another license to use it on another domain at no extra cost.
Again installation problems and again I did installed it. [No money taken this time also]
2 days later he emails me again and says he doesn't wants the script itself and wants 100% refund. Because he thought this is something else script and not the one he thought would be.
Now here I took it bit rough and told him that I cannot know if he has made a copy of the files and as I have in my terms and conditions that there is a no refund policy which he agreed and did looked at my site himself saw the demo and made the purchase I cannot refund him.
He filed a case against me in paypal and after some words he did lost the case and was not refunded.
He also accused me that I did gave him a call at night frightening him about the issue. Well I live in India and why would I give him a call at midnight.
