Domains don"t get PageRank. Pages get PageRank. If is possible for a "domain" to get PageRank if there was content hosted on it. In this case the domain was once owned by an organization (Search in Google http://www.google.com/search?q=jcctt) and that site was how the PR was created.

Having a domain with PR is great, but once the original content is gone, the PR may soon follow. I think the price is good, but I also think someone needs to buy that domain ASAP and get a site on there to try and preserve the PR...!

well, 45 unique visitors for june but surprisingly the traffic in increasing because just in july that is just within 4 days there have been 19 views!!
