I own a domain name and whilst checking the web to see if any backlinks were present or whether any exsisting person used to own the domain i came across a problem and cannot work it out.

From what iv found out on the web the domain name i own is new, never been used as far as i can tell however a terms and conditions page is showing up with my domain name on their site.

Don't really want to put the link to the site in question as do not want to promote it, however if you click this search link and scroll down to terms and conditions 5th site down it shows my website domain name and terms and conditions in the meta tag which someone has placed on their domain name.

I own the dot.com and uk domain name ibdating however it seems to be on another site with terms and conditions for ibdating, how is this possible and is it legal, can a sue them lol

Checkout 5th site down with terms and conditions and ibdating in the meta.
