Off page and on page optimization are both important for the part that they are the most successful in bringing out traffic. The on-page optimization can give your website a much needed boost in search engine results page (SERP). However, you need ensure to optimize every web page for a single search term. I have heard that one can fetch enough numbers of backlinks when done proper on page optimization. Is this true? There are times when you are considering two search terms, create pages for each term. I am looking for genuine replies. As I know not much of these things can you please help me out?

In search engine optimization, on-page optimization refers to factors that have an effect on your Web site or Web page listing in natural search results. These factors are controlled by you or by coding on your page. Examples of on-page optimization include actual HTML code, meta tags, keyword placement and keyword density.
Landing page optimization (LPO) is one part of a broader Internet marketing process called conversion optimization, or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), with the goal of improving the percentage of visitors to the website that become sales leads and customers. A landing page is a webpage that is displayed when a potential customer clicks an advertisement or a search engine result link. This webpage typically displays content that is a relevant extension of the advertisement or link. LPO aims to provide page content and appearance that makes the webpage more appealing to target audiences.
