Which type of education do you think the best modern education or vedic education?

The vedic education was only given in oral form and the modern education is also given in written form. The Vedas, like any other scripture, are eternal inspires. They inspire us to lead higher lives. Even if we were to suppose that they may not create an urge towards a greater, nobler life, just the fact that their words and in this modern world there is no use of this kind of education, only to learn about the vedas would not help us to do anything in this world. Whatever we need is to learn the things happening and which is going to happen not the things that already have passed away.

I would prefer to have modern education instead of vedic education.

This is possible if the teacher has love for knowledge. A teacher should read new books, acquire new dimension of knowledge, become enriched with new ideas. And this capacity to acquire knowledge must be combined with the capacity to communicate knowledge to others. English language is being spoken especially by educated Indians, mostly belonging to upper echelons of the society. Increasing importance of English has alienated further the masses from educated ones.
