3 letters .org not wanted?

I see that most of the names today being sold are 3 letters with .net or.com extension. Is .org 3 letter domains any good?

I think they are ok, just not as good as .com or .net.

But to tell the truth, for the right buyer a .org can command a good price. If you find an organization that wants to the domain, they sometimes will be willing to spend a lot to get it.

Oh i see, i have some domains like for ex: l-l-l.com, i have some liek those, not that domain but different letters and numbers. Just wanted to see lol.

Oh, well if the domains also have hyphens in them then they will be a bit less valuable, I think...

Most of the time ORG is used for non profit organizations, it holds the same value though

According to my knowledge, .com, .org, .net has its own meaning in domain name.
One can get clear idea about business organization from this. For example when I show .com as a domain, I get clear idea that this is commercial site.

Well yeah following the line of thought I guess every .com will come on top in terms of value but I have seen some .net/.org go high in domain auction sites... I also saw a guy trying to sell a three word domain (not 3 letters) for a few thousands because it was a .com with popular terms in it...

Anyways a 3 letter domain is valuable regardless, those are hard to come by these days...
