People who would like to have their avatar activated can PM any of the staff members here:

The staff member will donate you some currency and after that you can visit our Store and Activate your avatar.

We have kept this type of thing in place so that a new user cannot just come in and start uploading the things on the server.

Moreover this might encourage our users to post some more and earn the NS$'s
