Adding pages

Hi all

Just a quick question, I need to find a quicker / easier way of adding a page, at the moment if I want a 2nd page I save an original page as the new page and then manually update the navigation bar in each page.

So could you put the navigation in a seperate page as an example called navigation.html and as part of the head in each page have 'includes navigation.html tag'

I'd need a little guidence with this if someone doesnt mind.
