Well the procedure is simple.

You go there signup on their site.

Put the banners and/or the links provided by them.

Some also do provide the datafeeds which can help you put their catalogue of products right into your site.

When the visitors click or go to their sites and buy the products your account is updated with your commission.

At the end of month or at the threshold of the payment you are paid in your paypal account as the above ones are the affiliate programs which pays in paypal.

Yes it sounds easy. But to earn a descent amount you will need lots and lots of traffic. Atleast 1000 uniques perday and at the 5% CTR (Click Through Ratio) 50 people wil click that ads. And out of them lets hope 5 people purchase something from the company so we do get paid for it.
