After meeting with many tenants to decide on a middle-aged couple and their child. When I said that running a credit check, which gives me problems with the IRS and child support, but it seems the way in the past. I accepted a deposit of $ 900 pending background check and credit. I hardly even see the woman I know as a manager at a local restaurant for the past eight years. Anyway, was arrested in December 07 for cocaine possession and driving with tags that were not in the vehicle. She was sent to prison for a day and is now on probation.
Do I need to explain why I money? Should I do so in writing or simply tell them? I live in Florida.
