Any link management script?

I am looking for any links management script.

I have seen directory scripts like phpLD and others but I am looking for better then that.

Your comments are most welcomed.

K-Links will do the job. But its paid. There is no free version out there.

Also if you can customize then teh CMS xoops will also be a great choice.

K links is costly and xoops customization will be headache.

gossamer threads is father of k links in prices. 450 for a licence. BAH.
