Beauty Tips for Winters

Winter comes and rings the message of buying peanuts that would be cracked beside the fireplace. Getting cloaked in loads of pullovers, snuggling in quilts and all such cozy thoughts, captures the mind as soon as winter season arrives. But those comfy feelings take a break when your skin gets flawed by the cold winds of winters. Never mind. All such problems can be kept away by taking a little care of your skin during the season. Healthy and flawless skin attracts the attention of everyone with its beauty.

Winter Skin Guide:

1. Use moisturizers and cold creams in winters. Apply a day moisturizer (depending on your skin type) around the eyes and on dry-skin areas in the morning.
2. Pamper your skin with a little coconut oil before a bath.
3. Apply a good lip balm several times during the day. Lip balms with vitamin E and Shea butter are good for lips in winters.
5. Drink three to four liters of water every day to retain moisture in the skin.
6. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Include olive oil to your diet to help soften the skin.
7. Have soaked and blanched almonds, soaked walnuts, whole milk, fresh cheese, and ghee (clarified butter). This does wonders for your skin.
8. Avoid using blow dryers and curling irons on your hair. In case you have to use them, apply a conditioner on hair before blow drying or curling it.

Just make positive that you are not using soap to wash face. Also, use a nice chilled cream to keep away from dryness on skin. And, wear some warm clothes to keep you warm from chilled winter.

There are some tips....

- Keep your skin moisturized
- Use Sunscreen
- Choose the right makeup
- Proper hair care
- Maintain a moisturized lips....etc

Fruit and green vegetables are like a magic wand for any types of skin. They are enriched with vitamins and nutrients which keeps our skin health. Regular intake of colored fruits and vegetables like orange, grapes, carrot, papaya etc. transforms a dull skin to a healthy looking and glowing skin.

Yes, I do agree with you and scrubs can be a very good option to avoid dry skin which accumulates. Since, winter is around the corner and I have decided to do something new. I am going to purchase all which are offering good collection at reasonable price.
