Buyer Beware of A place called The Ad Sense Jerk, as he is a jerk a big jerk just like his name says so. I had ordered a product several weeks ago for $30.00, it was a set of websites with templates complete, logos, and lots of articles that we could use and then put some ads on there. I received a zip file that did not work at all. I used two unzippers and neither worked. I used several browsers and tried to unzip it and none of it worked. I tested it and it did not pass.

I have attempted to work out this with the seller in many emails and he will not work it out, he refuses to send me a simple $30 refund and he is a millionaire and I am broke. I sent him another email today and he will not work it out, I asked him to send me the files in Word format so I could use them and send the templates another way so they would work. He still won't do this. So please stay away from the rich jerk site it has some stupid little character on it and later I found it talks about drinking and him getting drunk, what was I thinking that someone online would actually send me what I ordered.

I tried then later other zip files and they all opened up just fine, even free templates unzipped just fine and tested fine.

That's why usually I just stick to buying on ebay as then I know I will receive something, or else they get a feedback they won't like.
