If you want to lease or buy construction equipments, then there is no right or wrong choice. Every organization is unique on its own and it has its own method of running its functions. One company can be successful by following a strategy but it may not be the same case with the other company. There are various factors that should be considered while buying or leasing the construction equipments. Such as, cost of the equipment, repairability, maintenance cost, period of equipment usage, etc. After taking several pros and cons into account, final decision should be made whether it will be a good idea to buy or take construction equipment on lease.
