Could someone offer some SEO help?

I am in need of help with Google indexing and positioning. I produced a website just for Adsense work containing thousands of articles. My website can be viewed with descriptions that I didn’t make on Google and I barely even know how to write the URL of my website. I have changed my site thoroughly and I created an index a Drupal forum and the only problem is that the description of the old website only becomes visible when typing in my site URL. Does anybody have any idea why this is happening? Can anyone tell me how can this be happening? From where is this description been cached on Google?
