According to me the daily health tips are so cool.Daily Health Tip: daily exercise, eat every 3-4 hours, in order to maintain energy levels, eat lean sources of protein to avoid eating saturated fat, drink plenty of water and avoid carbonated drinks and high-calorie drinks, sugar filled walk.
 
Eat healthy by adding lots of fresh fruits & vegetables, snacks on nuts like almonds & walnuts. Drink plenty of water. Sleep well for at least 6-8 hours. Practice yoga & meditation to keep your mind & body fit.
 
There are some tips which can be useful for you to keep your health in overall tone that is, consume as much water as you can. Much of our body and mind is made up by water. So, it is necessary to keep moisturised and remove poisons. Exercise is very important aspect or tip to keep your body in appearance and dynamic .
