Difference between HTML 4 and HTML 5

I m newbie here and in programming field also can anyone tell me difference between HTML 4 and HTML 5. Please reply me ASAP.

I am agree with you so many Tags are removed in HTML 5. But some latest applications are added in HTML 5, that will help to increase the page quality of website or webpage.
