I am looking for a directory or two to buy. If you are interested in selling I will need the following information:

1) Monthly traffic amount number and source.
2) Monthly income amount in US$ and source.
3) Type of script and license.
4) Are there any expenses like hosting.
5) Please name your resonable asking price.
6) Age
7) Number of total listings, number of submissions per day, and number of current pending submissions.
8) URL
9) Your contact information.
10) If you would consider selling and then continue to act as the site manager, please let me know what you would expect to be paid to do so?

Today is the Birthday of my Directory Tela Business Directory

Online since last one year.

PR was 3 and was hoping for PR 4 but it got PR 2

So I thought will sell it when it again reaches PR 4 and saw this thread of yours.

Revenue generated around $200 to $250.

Registered One year earlier and Renewed for one more year.

I can be a manager of it because I do like managing the directories.

2) Monthly income and source. - From listing fees. Sponsorship space on main page.
3) Type of script and license. - phpLD 2.x Free version.
4) Expenses like hosting. - Not much it just fits in on my server easily.

6) Age - 1 Year.
7) Number of listings, submissions per day, and current pending submissions. - Pending listings are not much and it does not gets many listings but on an average it gets 3 to 5 listings per day. Half of the people don't even pay listing fees and just vanish in thin air after the submission is done.

I have changed my original message so that others can also understand, I need to have some numbers for most of what I am asking including a price. If people want to sent those in a PM that's fine, but I will need all the details to decide.

My advice on setting a price it to start with 6 times the monthly income and then adjust it based on traffic numbers, links, and PR. I will be basing most of my value of any site on how much the site is currently making, but then also consider the other aspects like design, traffic, links, etc.
