My wife convinced me to invest in a medical alert system. I am very frugal, and am still debating if I should order it from an online retailer. If I order it online, will I have to pay for shipping?
 
Well, having a medical alert in your home is good. As I know if you will go with online retailer, the service you will going to pay even the shipping will join to that. I think you save money rather than you will go to the store.
