Does flash games link back link?

if some one sponsored games so they are able to put there link on it. and that games will be all over the games site. so this is will be back link or not?

I think and am sure that flash web designing is seo friendly it's used only to decreasing the data in graphics using flash we can design great website which are in less memory.

Make sure your site is worth linking to. This means it should be attractive, easy to use, and most importantly, have good content. If you don't have a decent site then stop right here because the only sites you could get to link to you are other crappy sites which won't help your rankings much.
