Sorry friend if I am mistaken but searching in google shows capvirgo.com as an indexed page. That might be the reason for the traffic.

At 260 visitors per month and as it is in parking I will assume 50% CTR. Which leads to 130 clicks and approximate earning per month can be 50 dollars from it.

Basing the price on revenue and with the current trends I think someone might pay you the amount of its earnings for 12 to 18 months. Which would lead to 600 to 900 dollars.

Approximate appraisal would be Mid $xxx as the buyer would also consider the decrease in traffic if any.
