Ethical standards in the directory site

I have been thinking, we see on the Internet these days a lot of moral existence of these Web-based directory sites the whole thing. I've seen these Web-based directory site responsible for the exclusive listings they have a lot of money. The bad thing is that the paid and free users from the whole thing the same traffic.
