Fancy Borders

At the moment my website just has the basic boring straight line borders. I want to make some more interesting curved borders but not sure where to start. I know you can make smaller cells around the main body of the text cell and insert images to represent the border but:

1.Where can i get images or see some tutorials on how to create them?

2. Is there any other way to replicate nice borders easily?

there's a lot of fancy borders that you can find in the Internet. some of them are in a jpeg file. ^_^
