Hi Tush,
Welcome to the forums!
It's always a good idea to look for rules when you first get to a new forum so you undertand how things are done. While some of the rules are pretty much the same, many forums are different...
When you are selling domains on most forums, it will help the potential buyers to know as much as possible about what you are selling. You should list at the very least:
- The domain name
- Where is is registered.
- When it expires.
You should also list:
- How you would like to paid, like PayPal.
- If there is a site on the domain, if you know how much traffic it is getting, and if the domain is earning any money from a site or from parking.
- And some indication about what price you want for the domain. This is a little tricky, but if you are unsure how much to ask, set a price that will make you jump for joy if you sell it. If it's too high, you can wait a while and then lower your price until someone feels it's low enough for them to make an offer.
If you don't post a price, you will either get the lowest offers possible, or someone won't offer because they think you are going to ask too much, and they don't want you to feel "insulted" if they offer you something YOU think is too low.
Anyway, I hope this helps and good luck!
