Recently there have been many incidents. In which GoDaddy has froze the accounts of the users who are using PHPOXY or similar scripts which allow proxy surfing.
So my advice to the users will be that please do not make mistakes like this and get your account frozen. Once the domain and the account gets into this mess it is very hard to get them back.
