hey guys i am sick of these viruses..please help me....where can i download some good qualities of anti virus free?

try malwarebytes.
i actually dont use anything else.

with malwarebytes you will get what avg, norton and the other miss

by far one of my most fav applications and free for the basic version

You can use AVG antvirus for free or try Avast(there is also a free version)

Best FREE Programs i would recommend is:

Avast Free Anti-Virus or AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 2011, both good but i use Avast. Setup schedule to run the scan daily or weekly.

Malwarebytes Anti Malware (keep this software alongside a anti-virus software, one of the two above, requires manual update and scan)

You can download AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 2011 for free. I am sure you can get rid of those viruses.
