Download Image Resizer Powertoy Clone for windows, not only does it resize the image it also reduces the size of the file.

You can also use a free program called irfanview to edit your pictures it also has a feature for resizing images.

Ive got a problem Ive created an Avatar, size is 80x80 and 2.63kb PNG image which meets the requirements on here and every time i try to upload it i get this error:

The file upload failed. Please choose a valid file and try again.

Can anyone help me out?
