I have my house for rent only the third time. The last residents left behind and not paying the rent for the last 3 months. I want to return home from pre-leased May 1, but there is still much work to do before it is ready.
I have a couple of young professionals who want to rent instead. They were on a personal level, the best I have interviewed. I visited both and both have excellent credit history and payment history of rent. The problem is you can not take place until mid-June they are ready to sign the contract and give me the deposit now.
