I suggest you just target 3-4 keywords per page depends on your content quality. All Keywords should be related to your respected page.

4-5 keyword is good for a landing page. But make sure your targeting keyword must include in Title below 80 character, keywords and in description below 180 character. A proper on-page seo can help you to target more keyword to a single landing page.

I would stick to three keywords to get the most bang for your buck. If you have too many keywords, you are going to diminish the power of the links.
