To be a mentally strong person you need to focus on few factors. You need to follow the discipline first. By following the discipline you teach yourself to obey. You mind develops a habits of taking orders. In that way it becomes organized. Now the second tip is, take as much sleep as you want. Your mind needs power to process, it won't work if it is tired. Thirdly, practice some mind games, like scrabble, Sudoku, chess, even solving mathematics problems does work. It will make your mind sharper. My final tip is, do meditation everyday for at least 20 minutes in the morning. You'll feel relaxed and energized throughout the day.
