Healthy hair is a sign of healthy body. Hair is an important and one of the most attractive parts of the personality. If the hair of a person is not in good shape or health, it leaves a very bad impression of that person on others. So, it is very important that you take proper and good care of your hair.

For ages, people have been using natural products and recipes for the beauty and health of hair. However, people have tried to incorporate these ingredients in the modern products with the advancement in technology. This has made it very easy to apply the hair care products, but this fact cannot be denied that even though these modern products claim to contain natural ingredients, the natural ingredients, when applied in their original form, are more effective.

The most important thing for the healthy hair is a healthy diet. You must ensure that you are taking proper diet in order to have healthy hair. Your diet must be balanced, and it must include all the necessary vitamins, needed for the health and growth of your hair. Unless your diet is healthy, no matter how many hair beauty products you apply, you curl will not get that lustre which comes from within.
 
in my word, by using good hair product like as shampoo and conditioners.if you want shiny long and strong then give a good massage in a week.always protect your hair of dirty.
 
I agree with what has been said with the above posts but i guess there should be more specified tips be posted here. Something more precise like what to use, how to use and why use that...
Shampoo and conditioner and other hair products are not really my kind of opinion but those are the things we use coz we don't have a choice or we don't really know what the right products to use.
I prefer natural methods and I will continue to seek some really good tips on hair care. But thanks anyways for the posts. I don't say they are wrong, it's just that they are not my recommendable choice. ^_^
 
Oil massage in a week, use conditioner after shampoo and you'll have shiny long hairs. But must prevent from hot air.
 
The secret is to use a hair mask at least once a week, but it is necessary to wrap the hair covers at least 30 MN hot damp towel to put a wet towel and microwave for 2 minutes to do it again every 10 minutes.

Tips to keep your hair shiny and radiant
* Use heat-activated shampoo
* Deep condition at least weekly
* Don’t use a lot of styling products as they can dull the hair by coating it.
* Use Strawberry hair mask: mash eight strawberries with one-tablespoon mayonnaise. Massage this into washed but damp hair. Cover it with a shower cap and then a warm towel. Wash out with a shampoo and then condition. This mask will give your hair a rich gloss.
* Increase the shine in your hair by giving your hair a cool blast of air to seal the cuticle after it is completely dry. If the cuticles are ragged then your hair will not shine.
* For blonde hair use a few tablespoons of lemon juice to your rinse water. This will make your hair shiny.
* For brown and red hair add a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your rinse water.
* For shiny hair you can also mix one teaspoon of honey into 4 cups of warm water. After shampooing, pour the mixture through your hair, but do not rinse. Dry as normal.

I think you must regularly shampoo your hair in order to make your hair attractive and beautiful. Also, take care of your hair against the dust.
 
I think Sun rays also Damage the hair........ the rays of sun make hot the hair and the shining of hair damage by sun rays..... For protecting the hair keep it cool .....
