How to refresh you pc?

I am new to this forum, my pc is too slow.
I want to know that how to refresh it properly?

If your PC is slow than there are lots of things which are responsible for this. First check that your PC is clean and not virus infected. Than check that your PC configuration like RAM and the current OS RAM requirement for smooth run.

I am using king soft pc doctor for my pc. When my computer is too slow I use registry cleaner and speed booster.
