This month they wanted to deduct the rent for something they "might have" to pay. I said no and explained that they needed written authorization at a cost and we would cut a check.
Anyway, I was told was sent to review the rent for November on Thursday. Not a big surprise when the lease does not appear in the first month, but I'm tired of it. Comes second, so they were officially late - I've emailed the tenant who needs to control the delay in payment. It did not happen. So today I made the request for the return of hire to his door in one payment. I explained in my note I could not accept partial payment and that if we do not get the full amount that you should report to credit agency and initiate a process of eviction.
So when I can notify the credit bureau and how?
