I want to change the look of my website

Hello Everyone

I want to change the look of my website, change photos, add buttons maybe change the layout a little. Someone suggested HTML editor then FTP. If so how? Are there any free? Please Help I know it can be done but I can't pay for experts.

Its not as simple & easy to perform such action without hiring any expert. Most of all , hardly anyone will be able to suggest you in general terms , without visiting or knowing about the nature & purpose of your site. So clearly indicate that what its nature & specifically what you want to change?
