It's not too bad, but I don't think it's worth much unless you find the right buyer for it.
By the way, I think you mean the number of results, not searches. But if you search in Google and get some big number, that has not meaning for the value of a domain. That only means how many times the word or words appear on web pages.
And if you search for "i insist" without the quotes it says "Results 1 - 10 of about 1,580,000".
If you use the quotes then it says "Results 1 - 10 of about 953,000".
When you search without quotes, it give you a count of pages that have both those words, no matter where they appear on a page. When you use the quotes, those words MUST be together for the page to be counted.
If you look at the Overture results (OVT) those number are a better indication of some value for a domain, because those are the number of "searches" and not results. But even those are not much good to really help for reasons I am too tired to go into now...
It would be a good domain for a web site about being assertive.
