Is there any solution to come up with this, if anybody have such domains with them or he/she has to surrender those domains.

Well they can surrender or even settle for some amount if the company is willing to buy it off.

Because if the owner doesn't wants to part with the domain name and the company is willing to pay some sum instead of going through the legal process then it is already solved outside this scenario.

I am not a law guy myself but that is what it is going on nowadays. If the owner is not willing to sell and company wants it. Then it will surely be a legal issue.
