I can use that will allow me to create a "book" type file of these images so I can view them page-by-page? This does not force you to have a copy of your word processor installed on any machine you want to read the document. You can use a software CD. You must select the files you wish to burn and save them to CD.

No it is not possible.
You must have to scan the pages and make slides on powerpoint or you could type it simple.
