In order to sell a domain name do you need to build it and build up traffic or can you sell it without doing so? Or is it better to get more traffic? and also wondering usualy whats the turn around time on selling sites when you first start selling them? I have 20 I have aquired so far and im new to this, any help would be gratefully appreciated! Thank you Denise

I build up traffic and PR then sell it.

If the domain name is a premium one then it can easily sell without traffic or site. It mostly depends on the domain itself.

I owuld go after 10 - 10 sites at a time.

would market them properly and then try to sell them. otherwise everything may come donw if nothing happens in 3 or 4 months.

You need to develop them and market them properly to sell it. Having said that if the name is a good one and has a potential it will sell automatically.

Just don't go do what I did and make up a ton of domain names and spend all that cash, have to renew them, try to figure out what to do with them. Get a few and make sites on them or get a few and try to sell them. A few like three not 50.
