How many directories can you submit in one day ? Is there any limitations for this ?

No limitations essential because not all the web sites will accept your submissions. But i will recommend to post not more than 30 to 40 submissions. This range is quite sufficient. It is important for your website and provides best results if done in search engine friendly way like if you submit link in bulk directories and get a hundreds of backlinks at once without any specific reason, search engine will consider it as a manipulative effort.
