More than 30 to 40 submissions is quite enough. You may use your remaining time on such SEO activity like forum or blog commenting since they do not need moderation queue.

in my past I do 500 submission on daily basis. But after Google Update on Directories & Article websites. So many directories shutted down their business. Now it is only 10-50 a day.
