Lost my ranking how to recover it back?

In the last month i get into a serious problem my keyword ranking in google get very low suddenly. I do not know why?

Some one please give me the trick to recover back my position in Google search Engine.

Search the sites which have low page ranks and the internal pages also with low rank. Like that gather some 50-100 sites and put comments with relevant keywords, otherwise if you have sites take the internal pages of it and try to place the keywords. This way it is possible to have more rank to the keywords.
