Low budget domain renewals for .info?

It seems like .info domains are only about $1.99 a year when you first register them. Then the next year they cost the regular amount. How can you pay less?

Well, I think if you TRANSFER the domain to another register you can pay the first-year cost. So if you just move the domain to another register, or back and forth between two of them you should always pay the lower fee.

Sorry, I just got the idea on the day that I posted it. I have not used it yet, but I probably will when I have some .infos that are going to expire.

Say, you everyone may be interested to know that I just found a site that offers VERY cheap domain registrations! I don't know if they are any good or not and don't have time to do some research, but maybe someone else can???
