More traffic through Google than other SE

The Google has got more traffic than the traffics of Yahoo and MSN search engines. I would like to know how to get more traffic in yahoo and MSN. I know the rules of Google but I do not know the rules for article submission to Yahoo or MSN. The advice regarding will be appreciated. The Google and MSN and the Yahoo search engines together are named Big3 and this article will inform you more about the search engines.
