There should be no doubt that Yahoo and MSN have sand boxes and it is a fact that is not very well known to us. As per I am informed, websites and online links are sent to sand boxes when they cannot get enough and relevant back links which help them to sustain their page rank. It is also an important note to take that when it comes to Google, it is well clarified that one wrong step or malpractice on SEO can earn one-way ticket to the sand boxes.

I heard that yahoo and msn aslo having their own developed algorithm to crawl the sites and having their own sandboxes made the site as spam listed ... with their spider algorithm/.......

MSN is strong on page theme’s so when optimizing for MSN. Try to include main keywords through out title tags across your pages.
