Looks like you are requiring a small fee for each directory to have the sites placed in. Why? I mean if you just started your directory, you'd think you would want to have people easily putting their site in there and most of us can't afford to pay for the directories. If you have enough sites in there, perhaps you'd get some that would be willing to pay for listings later.
