Traditional buildings in Kerala has important role in our tourism field because the technique used for the construction are very attractive and preventive to climatic changes of the Kerala .In olden days Kerala people didn’t use any air conditioner or fans in their home because traditionally designed home’s wooden coating  prevent external hot or cool entering to home. But today life style and culture changed a lot. Keralites change their style to European style. It affects all fields in Kerala. Traditional home is present in village of Kerala. Most people select flats, apartments and villas for their convenience. Recently most people selecting villas. Villas give more privacy and homely feelings more. People using mixture of both European and traditional methods to build . Economically that is good systematic change but traditional homes are healthier than modern homes.
