he good news is that all of these wonderful vitamins can be found in food. The following are good sources of healthy vitamins for the eyes:

Carrots (gajar): Carrots contain a carotenoid called beta-carotene. Your body converts beta-carotene into vitamin A which is an antioxidant. Antioxidants such as vitamin A are essential to eye health.

Sweet Potato (shakarkand): Sweet potatoes are a great source of vitamin A which is essential for healthy eyes.

Salmon: It contains omega-3 fatty acids, which are associated with a lower risk of age-related macular degeneration.

Spinach (palak): It is a real eye-protecting stuff. It has a rich source of vitamin C, beta-carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin. All these ingredients are very good for healthy eyes and eyesight.

A friend of mine had glasses (0.5). He actually got rid of his glasses by eating carrots daily for 2 months.

It works.

Since i have to work for hours on computer i think that this is really going to be good tips to keep my eyes good

There are very few good reasons for not eating enough fruits and vegetables. In fact, I can not think of any good reasons for not eating. There is a long list of health benefits you will experience if you eat fruits and vegetables every day.
 
Well For the Eyes the best vitamin is vitamin A and for the healthy eye you can also go for the Leafy and the Green vegetables.Carrot,Salmon and Spinach are the best supplements for the Eye care.

Well as far as we use natural herbs its good for our health, giving a cucumber treatment every week is a nice way to keep our eyes in a good condition as long as possible.

Eyes are very sensitives part of our body so always take care of your eyes. Wash your eyes for cold water and eat more green vegetables. Take a more vitamins .
