Hello friends,

I saw two or three or four letter domains and also site on that domains. But I never saw thread or post about one letter domains on any forum. One letter domains are not available and also not developed sites on these domains. Then where are the domains.

Anybody know more about these one letter domains. I really want to know about these domains.

I search in google about one letter domains. There price very high.

I don't say that I want to buy one letter domains but I just want to know more about these domains.

You guys have any experience or some knowledge about one letter domains then let me know.

Thanks.

I recall reading an article about a year or two ago that stated that the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers was having trouble deciding on a method to release the suspension on one letter domains.

I wonder if they have resolved the debate. Those domains could go for hundreds of thousands of dollars...

The maximum number of 1 letter domain names in english alphabets can only be 26.
You are right in English alphabets only be 26 but there are lots of TLD on internet and also 0 to 9 No. also count.

So count how many 1 letter domains are

As I understand the situation, there will be a total of 36 domain names opened up by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.

Does anyone know how they will release the domains to the public? It would have to be an auction of some kind. Those domains will go for a lot of money! Imagine owning 1.com or A.com!

Yes, that was one of the methods of releasing the domains to the public from the news article I read awhile ago, but some were saying that it would be unfair to others because all domains have been treated equally, up to this point.
