Can anyone see a demand for one word .in domains that are verbs for instance. for example?

walked.in

Can anyone see a time where all one word .ins will be taken like .coms?
Is there anyone out there building a portfolio of one word .ins?

Would like to get peoples ideas on this subject

Hmm I am from India but I am not seeing any demands as of now or in near future. Don't know but .co.in and .in it is too much for me to handle. I would still get a lousy .com if available rather then a great .in or .co.in

Same thing i had in mind.I will much prefer to risk with .com as a start. It is widely used in the web and most of the known sites are .com.

.IN domains are very much in Demand. Yesterday (Bra.in) sold for $5000 on Sedo. If you have killer premium .IN domains, hold on and wait for good times to arrive. But do some promotion on your own for your domains.

.In is not only for Indians. Many MNCs companies are using .IN Domains.
Taking it as INternational, INternet, INcorporation etc.

If .IN was not going to be next big thing, then why the world's biggest domain registrar (GoDaddy) would have advertised hugely on Indian Websites and Indian Related Domain Forums.

Search for ".in domains" in Google, and see yourself.

Remember, all senior domains have told that look for Quality, not Quantity. Owning 100s of simple .COMs is equal to one premium .IN

Regards

I have to agree with lovely. Dot com domain name would work much better than any domains. Dot com would be a good start.

Hi,

I think so that .com domain is work better than other but i am a bit confused after read post and comments

I think this rule is apply for .com too because if you have one abs.com and second is abs.in then .com domain is more valuable than second one.

Thanks :)

I am from India and I hope .in and .co.in domains will be in demand very soon as we have a large number of net users and the internet industry in India is still growing here very fast

Well dot com may have been the popular one but we can never be sure on how things will come up next time. Just hold on with your IN they say patience is a virtue. Price will come! Cheers.

If you are talking about word hacks, I think Walk.in would be a lot better. I can see it being used for some sort of doctors office and walk ins or something.

I also think that some .in domains will have potential. Reason being is that India has a huge population and they have a lot of people getting on these days.

I will not be investing in .in though
