I liked the astonishing pictures one.

It looks a very developable domain name. You can use some image gallery script and make it into a website and it's price will surely increase.

Other one is DNtreasure.com that also looks as if something can be done with it.

Also, what exactly is meant by development and how much money can be made by selling the domain after it is developed!?
